My job is simple really. It is to listen to you, understand your needs and do everything possible to help you obtain your real estate goals because I work for your peace of mind, at your pace, on your schedule.

I believe an effective real estate agent is attentive to detail, prompt, comes prepared, and walks you through every step of the entire process. I am passionate about doing the little things and the big things like promptly returning your calls and doing the research to get best results. As a seasoned professional, I bring to the table great communication skills, adept research expertise as well as a passion to help you find the perfect solution. My commitment to continuing education guarantees that I provide the best information and guidance. I have obtained the ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation, CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert)Designation, GREEN (Advanced training in Green Building and Sustainable Business Practices) Designation, SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource) Certification and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation. These certifications represent the highest education levels for any Realtor and are obtained by less that 3% of the real estate professionals.

For me, the end result is a happy client who is satisfied with the sale or purchase of their home. I strive to build long, lasting relationships with my clients so I’m pleased and proud that so much of my business is a result of referrals from satisfied customers.
